‘Abdu’l-Bahá. The construction of a new world

The person of ‘Abdu’l-Bahá stands out in history, not only for his fundamental role in the birth, growth and spread of the Bahá’í world religion, but also for his work toward peace, his great contributions to social change, and his tireless efforts to overcome certain conceptions of the human being—such as racism, sexism, and religious hatred—that have hindered the progress of humanity.
